We're a Microsoft shop. About 90% of our clients run Microsoft 365. That's where our deepest expertise is. That's what we recommend for most businesses.
But we're not going to fire you as a client because you use Google Workspace. We're not going to force you to migrate. If Google works for your team and you're happy with it, we'll support it.
What we won't do is pretend we're Google experts. We'll handle administration, troubleshooting, user management, and security configuration. For complex Google-specific issues, we'll escalate to Google support and coordinate the resolution. That's honest IT partnership.

When Google Works
Your team loves the Google experience. You're web-first and don't need desktop Office apps. Your industry doesn't have specific Microsoft requirements. You've invested in Google integrations.
If that's you, stay on Google. We'll support it.
When Microsoft Fits Better
You need the full desktop Office suite. Your clients or partners expect Office documents. You want deeper integration with Azure services. Your industry has compliance tools built for Microsoft.

Questions About Google Workspace
We know you have questions and we have answers.

Will you try to push us to Microsoft?
No. If you're happy on Google Workspace, we'll support you on Google Workspace. We might mention Microsoft if you're facing limitations that Microsoft would solve, but we're not going to nag you. Your platform, your choice.

How much does Google Workspace support cost?
Same as any other managed client. Our pricing is per-device or per-office, not per-platform. Being on Google doesn't cost more or less than being on Microsoft.

What if we have a complex Google issue you can't solve?
We escalate to Google's business support and manage the case. You're not on your own. We stay involved until it's resolved. We just won't pretend to be Google-certified experts when we're not.

Can you help us migrate from Google to Microsoft?
Yes. If you decide to switch, we migrate email, calendars, contacts, and files. We've done plenty of Google-to-Microsoft migrations. It's actually one of the more straightforward moves.

Do you support Google Workspace AND Microsoft for hybrid environments?
We can, though we generally recommend picking one. Split environments create confusion and double the licensing costs. If you're in transition, we'll support both until you consolidate.
