Can you support our existing phone system?
Yes. If you're happy with your current system, we'll support it. If you're not, we'll help you find something better. We work with RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone, Genesys, Star2Star, and many others. Tell us what you have.

Do we need new hardware?
Depends. Modern VoIP works with desk phones, computer softphones, or mobile apps - or all three. If your current phones are compatible, great. If not, we'll spec out what you need. Many businesses are going phone-free entirely and just using apps.

What about our existing phone numbers?
You keep them. Number porting is standard - we transfer your existing numbers to the new system. There's usually a brief transition period, but you won't lose your numbers.

How reliable is VoIP compared to traditional phones?
Modern VoIP is extremely reliable - as long as your internet is solid. We assess your network before recommending VoIP and make sure you have the bandwidth and redundancy for voice traffic. If your internet goes down, calls can failover to mobile.

Do all the AI features cost extra?
AI features are included in higher-tier plans - not separate add-ons. The pricing difference between a basic line ($15/mo) and a full-featured line ($50/mo) reflects what's included. We help you figure out who needs what so you're not paying for features that won't get used.

Can VoIP integrate with our CRM?
Usually, yes. Most modern VoIP platforms integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other major CRMs. Click-to-dial, call logging, screen pops with caller info - it's all possible. We handle the integration as part of implementation.

Is VoIP support included with managed IT?
Yes. Phone system support is part of our managed IT services. User changes, troubleshooting, vendor coordination - all covered. You don't pay extra every time you need help with the phones.
