Four Winds IT prices per computer instead: management starts at $75 per computer per month, and with security added most businesses land between about $100 and $133 per computer. A 30-computer office typically runs about $3,000 to $4,000 a month, plus software licenses like Microsoft 365 at cost.
Why do you show a range instead of an exact price?
Every network is a little different. Two offices with 25 computers can have very different software, internet setups and security needs. The range covers what we usually see, and we confirm your exact number in a short call once we understand your setup.
What isn't included in the estimate?
Microsoft 365 and other software licenses, hardware purchases, and one-time projects like a server or email migration. Licenses vary by person, so we price them separately. Projects are always quoted up front, before any work starts.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
There are no setup fees on unlimited support agreements. If your move to Four Winds needs a bigger one-time project, like replacing an aging server, we quote it separately and in writing before anything happens.
What if I'm not sure which security level we need?
Pick the closest option and we'll sort it out together. If you have a cyber insurance application or a compliance requirement like HIPAA, send it our way. We'll walk through what it actually asks for, and nothing more.
