Cloud Solutions for Businesses
Work stored and accessible from anywhere.
Problem: Your team wastes hours each week on access issues, version conflicts, and file retrieval. When someone's remote or out of office, productivity drops because they can't get to what they need.
Cloud Solution: Everyone accesses the same files and applications from anywhere. Real-time collaboration means no more emailing versions back and forth. Your team stays productive whether they're in the office or working remotely.
Problem: IT infrastructure costs are unpredictable and hard to forecast. Hardware failures happen at the worst times. You're either over-spending on capacity you don't need or scrambling when you run out.
Cloud Solution: One predictable monthly cost that scales with your business. No emergency hardware purchases. No over-provisioning. You pay for what you use, and adjusting capacity takes minutes instead of weeks.
Problem: Growth gets bottlenecked by IT. Hiring someone new means waiting for equipment and access. Opening a location means duplicating infrastructure. Seasonal changes leave you with wasted capacity or insufficient resources.
Cloud Solution: Add people and resources instantly no IT bottlenecks. New locations come online without new hardware. Scale up for busy seasons and back down when demand drops. Your technology moves at the speed of your business.

The typical journey to the cloud.
You're already using the Cloud...keep exploring.
Most teams use 20% of their Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscriptions. We connect your tools and show you how to use what you're already paying for.
Get more from your tools.
Centralize your data.
When files are scattered across local drives, personal OneDrive's, and different team folders, collaboration slows down. People can't find what they need, work gets duplicated, and version control becomes a nightmare.
Tools like SharePoint, Teams, and Google Drive let your entire team work from the same source. Everyone accesses the current version, edits happen in real-time, and finding files takes seconds instead of minutes.
Move what makes sense to the Cloud.
Full cloud infrastructure means your entire business runs without on-premises servers. Scale resources instantly as your needs change, eliminate hardware maintenance costs, and ensure business continuity no matter what happens to your physical location.
We work with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud to build the setup that fits your business. This is the natural endpoint for companies ready to operate with complete flexibility, but it's not right for everyone. We help you decide if full cloud makes sense for where you're headed.

Folder Structure Design
We create logical folder hierarchies that your team can navigate intuitively. Good structure means people find what they need in seconds instead of searching through chaos.
-
Access Control & Permissions
We set up who can see, edit, and share which files based on roles in your company. This keeps sensitive information secure while making collaboration easy for those who need it.
Strategic deployment.
Move your business to the cloud without downtime or lost data.
-
Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
We design cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud based on your application requirements. This includes computing resources, databases, and networking that scale with your needs.
-
Migration Services
We handle file migration (moving documents to cloud storage), email migration (transitioning mail servers to cloud), and profile/authentication migration (moving user accounts and permissions). Each migration is planned to minimize disruption and ensure nothing gets lost.
-
Application Hosting
We move your business applications from on-premises servers to cloud hosting environments. This eliminates server maintenance while improving accessibility and reliability.
-
AVD Environments
We deploy Azure Virtual Desktop so your team can access full Windows desktops from any device. This gives you the flexibility of cloud with the familiarity of traditional desktop environments.
-
Greenfield Buildouts
We build new cloud infrastructure from scratch for businesses starting fresh or launching new initiatives. This means designing the right architecture without being limited by legacy systems.
Cloud Migration FAQs
We know you have questions so here are some of the answers.
-
Will we lose data during cloud migration?
No. We migrate data in phases and verify everything transfers correctly before decommissioning old systems. Your original data stays in place until we confirm the cloud version is complete and accessible. We also run test migrations on sample data before moving production files. -
How much does cloud migration cost?
Migration costs depend on how much data you're moving, how many users you have, and the complexity of your setup. Larger migrations with multiple servers, applications, and complex configurations cost more. We provide fixed-price quotes after assessing your specific situation.
-
What happens to our old server after migration?
We keep your old server running for 30-60 days after migration as a safety net. Once you're confident everything works in the cloud, we help you properly decommission the server and securely wipe the data. Some businesses keep old servers as local backup for a transition period, which we can configure as a hybrid setup.
*If you really want to put that puppy out to pasture sooner than later we can.* -
Can we migrate just email first and files later?
Yes. Phased migrations are common and often less disruptive than moving everything at once. Many businesses start with email migration to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, then tackle file servers and applications later. This lets your team adjust to new tools gradually instead of changing everything overnight.
-
Do we need to upgrade our internet for cloud services?
Most businesses don't need internet upgrades for cloud migration. Modern cloud platforms are designed to work efficiently even on standard business internet connections. If you have very slow internet (under 25 Mbps) or a large team accessing cloud resources simultaneously, we'll assess whether an upgrade makes sense during our initial evaluation.
-
What if we need to access files when internet is down?
Cloud services require internet access. For businesses where internet outages are costly, we can configure hybrid setups with local file caching, set up backup internet connections, or implement offline-capable applications. Most businesses accept occasional internet dependency as a tradeoff for the benefits of cloud access and automatic backups.
-
Can we go back to on-premises if cloud doesn't work out?
Technically yes, but it's expensive and disruptive. That's why we're thorough during assessment and don't push businesses toward cloud if we don't think it's the right fit. We also offer hybrid options where you keep some resources on-premises while moving others to cloud, which provides an exit path if needed.
-
Will our team need training on new cloud tools?
Yes, but the learning curve is usually small. Most cloud tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) work similarly to the desktop applications your team already knows. We provide training sessions focused on the key differences and new collaboration features. Most teams are comfortable within a few days.
-
Is cloud actually more secure than our own server?
For most small businesses, yes. Microsoft, Google, and Amazon have security teams and resources that small companies can't match. They handle software updates, security patches, and threat monitoring automatically. However, security also depends on proper configuration, which is why we set up multi-factor authentication, access controls, and security policies during migration. -
What happens to our specialized software that only runs on Windows Server?
We evaluate your specialized applications during assessment. Many have cloud versions or web-based alternatives. For software that must run on Windows Server, we can set up cloud-hosted virtual servers (Azure, AWS) or design hybrid infrastructure where that specific application stays on-premises while other services move to cloud.
-
Do cloud services work on Mac and PC?
Yes. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace work on both Mac and PC, plus mobile devices. This is actually a benefit of cloud services - your team can use whatever devices they prefer instead of being locked into Windows-only environments.
